My 5 day cleanse wasn't ready, as there was a glitch on the website. Very unfortunate as I had mentally prepared to start my cleanse today. I have to go back tomorrow and get it. I am still rating a 5 because I am so impressed with management on how they handled the situation. A+ service
I love the app! & not having to wait in line to get my Buzz.
The only thing is, I can't leave a tip with my purchase. I felt bad the first time, as I didn't have any cash on me to leave.

Very impressed. I pre-ordered from the Nekter app one time before this and it took double the time to make than it would ordering it in store. This time, I ordered 2 drinks and they had it ready even before the expected ready time. I just walked in and picked it up! Love this location now!

The service is extremely fast and the product is always great. The staff is nice and can answer any questions and prepare the product for you anyway you want it. The establishment is always clean. I enjoy coming here to get a quick pick me up.

When I received my bowl. It had oatmeal instead of the granola. And I had ordered extra granola which I didn't get. So I'm not very enthusiastic about this visit. 👎

Smoothie bowls are exceptional and at a pretty resonable price. Staff is always super nice. A great place to sit and chit chat while enjoying a healthy treat.
It's always good and I normally get the same thing, but today I decided to add on some toppings and not all of them were added even though I paid for them! Other then that, my experiences are always amazing and all of the items taste amazing!
