I really really loved the Graviola bowl. Acai is so played out. I am very happy to have a bowl that actually has flavor!! so yummy. Please make it a forever item. You can get Acai bowls anywhere Nekter is the only place that has something different. Thank you for making this AMAZING Bowl!

Got my order quickly although my friend waited quite a bit longer and she ordered right after me. The place was very dirty and the bathroom were gross. Always hear great things about this place but was not impressed.

Set pickup time for 1015. Facility didn't open till 1016. Apparently the person with the key overslept. Multiple walk in order finished before my order was even started. Received product at 1035. Very unprofessional and no concern for my time. Would not recommend this location. Hopefully you can hire more responsible people.

There were so many people there that day, and although the two employees were doing a great job, it doesn't seen fair to only have two employees on shift (for them or the customers).

I thought they weren't very aware of what was going on they were standing right there choppy and I stood there waiting for my product in the line product pickup and then I finally had to say hey I'm here to pick up there's a little more traffic here and where I usually go

The guy making the previous customers drink ignored me until 4 min later when he was done. While I was waiting another gentleman poked his head out and returned to the back. I assumed he was busy until a attractive female entered. It was clear at this point he was ready to help, just not me. Also the juice he made was bitter.
