Wish you changed your app to be more like Starbucks where we could earn stars by how much money we spend rather by individual transactions. It makes you wanna say I’ll order 4 things but I’ll do it separately to earn more redemptions. That’s time consuming for everyone- Please change that on your app. Otherwise Love the Nekter

I got the skinny colada and it's so good!!! My first time there and they were super helpful and friendly. Plus my fiance and I went here on our anniversary and they let us try the coconut ice cream. It's light and refreshing! Thank you for being amazing!

I thought the purpose of ordering your items online was so they could be ready when you arrived, not to have to reorder them and wait.

I love this place. The smell when you walk in is intoxicating with the smell of freshly juiced fruits and vegetables. Awesome!

Drinks are inconsistent

I use mobile order to get my juice when I am in a hurry. I mobile ordered 30 minutes prior to picking it up, it said it would take 22 minutes, and when I got to the store it was another 15 minutes to get my juice. Then, the juice machine malfunctioned and I didn’t even get half my order. The girl handled it well, but it was unfortunate. The store is very busy all the time and can’t afford to have broken machines.

My order was perfect and on time. I use the mobile app to save time - I simply had to run into the location @ Tempe Marketplace and grab it. Both girls working were friendly and my juice was great. Will be back 10/10

They handed us our ups covered in smoothie spilling over the top. The drink tasted bland and like there was absolutely no mango or pineapple. I love your company and visit often but this store is horrible. Said waste $12.50
