I placed my order in the app at 12:56 and finally received it at 1:17. 21 minutes to make one smoothie. Also, when I got there I checked in and she said it wasn't ready yet so I sat there and waited. I had to go back up again to ask for it and she had packed it away in the fridge. Annoyed.

If I could give this place a Zero I would. The level of disrespect I received this evening was ridiculous. I walked in 15 minutes before closing (yes, I know) and asked for a green apple detox, they said that bc they closed in 10 minutes and the juicer was put away for the night. Ok, whatever. I ordered a smoothie then, the staff took over 15 minutes to make 2 smoothies. They decided to do their closing duties in front of us without making our Damn order!!! What kind of service is this???? I’m in the restaurant business myself and this was absurd service!!!! Ridiculous

I waited 30 minutes for my smoothie. There were only 5 other people in the store.

Great smoothies. Just a heads up if you get juice with apples they don’t take out the seeds.

it was good however, i requested no agave nectar and think it was in there. I order this smoothie frequently and it was sweeter than usual

Bummed they don’t open until 9am on weekdays now! Usually need a juice or smoothie bowl before traditional working hours :(

Love this location. Always friendly and the smoothies are on point. Favorite location in Phoenix honestly.

I ordered my smoothie online, it said it would be ready at 2:52, I walked in at 2:52 and I was handed a drink that was juice because it has been sitting out so long. The smoothie had separated and they forgot an ingredient. They remade my drink

I ordered a pumpkin spice smoothie and a cold brew protein but they both tasted watered down.

Great juice, LOVE the ginger shot....Poor customer service. I'm giving 4 because I ordered two items, a Pineapple Match (YUM!) and my Ginger shot (EXTRA YUM!). I got my smoothie but three more people got served while I waited for my shot and finally had to ask for it. I'm not sure if the lemon is already in with the ginger bottle (she only poured on from one), but it tasted like the lemon was missing and it was given in such a rush with an air of inconvenience, she didn't even put a lid on it. Other than that it was good, just to many young workers getting distracted with each other and not actually wanting to deal with customers at all like you are waisting their time showing up.
