The smoothie I ordered was supposed to have peanut butter but there wasn't any in there - but I'd already left before I tasted my smoothie.
As far as the customer service - they were fine.

Chocolate peanut butter smoothie was pretty good, more banana tasting than I like, but still good! I always love the peanut protein balls. I also tried the new ice cream- blue vanilla cookie dough-it was too sweet for me and too “coconutty” for my boyfriend. The bites with cookie dough were good, but the ones without weren’t so good.
My boyfriend got the mocha and liked it.

I always look forward to grabbing my Saturday smoothie here when running errands! They are always so incredibly nice, quick, and friendly. As a vegan by necessity due to multiple food allergies myself, having a place like this with not only great vegan safe products but really wonderful staff as well is so refreshing. Honestly, my favorite go to place when I need a quick but healthy bite.

Usually pretty good experience at this nekter but won’t be going back after today. Placed a pick up order and showed up for it 27 minutes later just to give them extra time. After being ignored for about 5 minutes they then told us “we’re finishing that up” but we watched them proceed to just start our order right then. Took another 15 minutes to get our stuff after this. It ended up being the worst bowl and smoothie I’ve received from any location ever, just tasted like water. I work in this industry and would never be okay with giving this kind of service.

Today my smoothie was great, sometimes my smoothies are very bland from here but I substituted orange juice instead of cashew milk today and I think that made a really big impact on the taste. I probably like my smoothies sweeter than some people. I ordered ahead and my smoothie was ready when I arrived and they had it chilling in the refrigerator waiting for me. Thank you!

Hi! This location seems to be understaffed. Not only was there a very long wait to order, but some miscommunication with online orders etc. I think having another employee either taking orders or making smoothies would make things go much smoother.
