Smoothie was great and service was quick. They kept my smoothie in the fridge until I arrived so it was nice and cold for me!

Everything was great. My only complaint is the price-$10 for a smoothie seems high.

Amazing service. Ready before schedule. Have found that the smoothies are thicker at uptown, which I would prefer. But overall great smoothie, great experience.

The last two visits have been getting better. My smoothies were a good consistency and not watered down but I believe that was because the person who makes them best was there. It's convenient to order in the morning through the app.

I was given the wrong order- only noticing when I was driving home. I ordered the tajin combo which was 2 drinks but instead was 1 smoothie and a fruit cup :(

Great place to go if you don’t mind horrible customer service and waiting 30+ minutes for an over priced smoothie. I’ve given this place so much business over the years I’m officially done!

Ordered my smoothie online ready in 15, got there about 25 min later and my order hadn’t even been started. Had to stand right at the pickup station for 5 min before either of the two workers so much as acknowledged me. Then finally I give my name and that’s when they were like oops, we didn’t do it yet. The guy starts to make it, messes up, goes in the back for a while, comes back to the front, starts doing other things (he was upset with himself), took a few orders and then finally gets back to it. I was in there far longer than I should have been, especially for a pickup order. He did say sorry about the wait when handing it to me, which was late in the fiasco to acknowledge how long I’d been standing there waiting. It’s usually a smooth experience.

Greeted and you enter. Fast service . Such a great place to sit and enjoy your smoothie. Great customer service.

It's a hit or miss. Depending on who makes the order, the item is never the same. It can come great one day, and underfilled or thin consistency the next. I feel like I have to be there on a certain day or ask for certain employees to make my smoothie for me. The smoothie bowl I received the other day was only 2/3 full. I only ask for consistency on product quality.

When I walked in, the guy with the mohawk and the piercings (nothing against it, only describing him) didn’t notice me come in and I watched him cough on the equipment he was using without covering his cough. Also, I ordered the Peanut butter coffee protein smoothie to go and took my first sip a few miles away. There was none of the chocolate nibs, nor the agave syrup, so it was awful. Then I tried calling twice multiple times,, and no one answered.

Ordering PB&J smoothies across the valley, I can confidently say that Ben not only provides exceptional customer service but also crafted the best smoothie I've ever had. The combination of outstanding service and top-notch taste makes Nektar my go-to choice for a delightful smoothie experience. Highly recommend!
