Smoothie was chunky

Amazing experience! Friendly customer service, and my smoothie was delicious!

I’ve ordered twice so far. Both times they put agave nectar inside smoothie although I asked not to. I’m not sure if they didn’t see it in app or what happened! When I look at the order it clearly says no agave.

They did not receive my order or pull from the system to prepare. You can definitely tell it was rushed because the smoothie was smooth and the celery juice didn’t have any lemons in it.

My smoothie was delicious. The only reason I didn’t give high customer service was because I had very little interaction with an employee.

I ordered online. Walked in the store and waited a few minutes to be acknowledged. I was the only customer. Girl finally came out to put an order away into the cooler and I said I had a mobile order, under <my name>. I guess she wasn’t ready to help me bc she gave me a stink eye and found my order in the cooler and handed to me without saying a word. Customer service is dead. She’s a new face to me. Btw I have been sick all day since this smoothie. I don’t blame her but sharing in case others are reporting a bad reaction too.

It was great! I ordered a smoothie online and picked it up and it was ready when I got there, the workers were friendly, and my smoothie tasted so good!

The smoothie wasn’t made correctly. Reformed it to be remade.

It’ll do because it’s close to home, but… Still haven’t received the free smoothie for downloading the app! Service design in store needs work - random counter top and signage in the way of the order line, and not very clear about the order ahead and pick up situation. Ordered ahead and still ended up awkwardly standing in line with a sign in my way. Opted out of email subscription, but still receiving marketing emails.

My build your own smoothie was a little watery but still delicious. My husbands açaí mango bowl was very watery and the added almond butter on top was hard as a rock. He didn’t finish it.

This was my first visit after the Pandemic. The lady that waited on me 2 years ago still remembered me. Everything was really good tasting and fresh. The shots of Ginger, Turmeric and Elderberry are still very potent, especially the Ginger. Bring your A game if you are going to shoot the Ginger. My grand daughter loved the Fruit Bowls. My Grandson inhaled the Mango Delight smoothie. My daughter and Wife so enjoyed the Pumpkin Spice Smoothie. I enjoyed the Health Nut Almond Butter smoothie. Next time I plan to give my old green juices a whirl. My memory is I felt a lot better drinking them. Nekter lets you customize everything and their App works very well for preorder and pick up. It is user friendly even for an old buzzard like me. And their is very little wait in line. I was in around 11:30A today, Monday and there was no line. I even saw a fellow Christian behind the counter wearing a THE CHOSEN shirt and I knew I was in for great service. And I was not disappointed.

Great service and friendly staff! The App makes it easy to schedule your order and enables a quick pickup. Great smoothies, bowls and juice cleanses.
