Açaí bowl reviews · Nekter Juice Bar - Plano

I was there 8/15/2026 @ 5pm. 1 guy two girls working. No smiles, and barely spoke as he took my order. I say the guy leave 1/2 my bowl in the bender. Got home and I found they shorted me. Bowl wasn't even full! No sure I would go back here. I like the food, but they need better works or train them better.

LOVE NEKTER. I probably enjoy a bowl every other day almost. Switching up between two locations in Plano.

It was good, my açaí bowl only had one strawberry in there. But other than that it was good food.

Nectar is my go to every day. The peanut butter bowl is my favorite. I love the peanut butter. Drizzle on it with the extra two scoops of protein that I get. It's healthy and inconvenient. In my mind, that's a win

The app no longer has the option to put cocoa nibs on top of the bowl. The only option is to put them inside. I would like to put them on top

I got a smoothie for my dad after he was in the hospital for a few days. It was a great healthy snack to pick up for him and made a hard time a lot better. He is recovering and doing better at home now! I also got a chia pudding bowl that was delicious. Thank you so much, I will be back!

Arrived 30min before closing. Nigh sigh from Nay, the only visible employee working, who didn’t make any eye contact or made any effort to acknowledge we were there. Waiting at the register looking down until we decided to ask him for our order. Told us our total and walked away to make the food. Took his sweet time, walking in slow motion. Made it abundantly clear with his body language and facial expressions he was pissed we were ordering because he was hoping to leave earlier. While he made the food, 2 other guests came in, waited in line, then left as it was taking a while and he didn’t acknowledge they were even there. He handed us our order 10min after close, and we saw hair inside one of our bowls, which was closed in to-go containers. When we showed it to him, again without any eye contact or any words, his only response was “I don’t see any hair”. We pointed to it, he shrugged and started typing into the register something. A few minutes later, he hands me a receipt.. giving us a refund. Terrible attitude, terrible service. This franchisee needs to re-evaluate his employee selection because I’m certain any drops they may be seeing in sales can be directly attributed to the bad service here.

Love Nekter! Their açaí bowls are delicious, and their portion size is generous. This Plano Nekter always has fast, friendly service. Forget ice cream! This is my comfort food!

It was good, the smoothie bowl was just not as full as the Colleyville location.

Wanted to use the buy 1 get 1 50% off bowls, but had to order it via the phone app instead of in store, even though we were in store.

Both bowls I purchased were incorrectly made and also were disproportionate. Nowhere near the same quality as other locations I've been to. Been to this location twice now, doubt I'll go back.

Have to say, wasn't the mot impressed with today's bowls. They just lacked flavor. I know that's probably very hard to control when using fresh fruit, but both were just kind of blah.

2nd time ordering from this location and the mobile order is wrong. This time a pb bowl with no pb. Frustrating

I have been trying the places that have Açaí Bowls to see which ones I like best. #1 is Tropical Smoothie Cafe because their açaí is frozen. #2 is Nékter because it is bigger and the açaí not as thawed out & therefore runny & #3 is Jamba because their açaí is too melted & therefore very runny.I will not be going back to Jamba. I will be returning to both my #1 & #2 choices, alternating between the two. Anyone know any other places in Plano to try Açaí Bowls? Hit me up in the comments below please.
