Refused service: I waited for 2 minutes before being acknowledged on Sunday. Then refused because it was 5:47pm. I was told they have a store policy not to make juices 15 min before closing. I said that's not on your website. She said sorry we cant help you. This was an awful experience as a long time customer.

The juice is expensive and the variety is slim. It was very tasty though.

The woman (DeDira) - spelling on that may not be right - working this morning is so friendly and kind. She’s a great way to start the day. And the juice was so good!

This location out of all the other locations lacks service and very unfriendly staff. And today ordered 3 bottles juices for pick up and they had packed me 3 day expired juices. This goes to say the staff is poor and does not do quality check on their products. Now this has thinking on the quality of their products overall. Are they even doing quality checks? Once my favorite juice bar, has been guessing if I should be paying $$$$$ for premium juice/smoothie

This review is for the Park Blvd location in Plano and for my visit on Friday Oct. 17, 25. My wife had been very not well for the 3 days prior to our visit. She started to feel some better and was craving a fresh juice. We live about 18 minutes from the location and arrived 20 minutes before closing. The first thing the young person said to us upon entering is we have already shut down the juicer (the whole reason we made the drive). We asked why and the response was we always shut down the juicer 15 minutes early. We explained that that was the whole reason we came but was reciprocated with a blank stare. Needless to say we were very unhappy with the response and service but also something had finally sounded good to my wife and the lack of empathy from the employee was well I guess the world we live in now. If shutting down the juicer before the place closes is common place that should be added to the website so that potential patrons are aware.

No music, TV’s off, this place feels like is going out of business and they can’t afford their Spotify subscription. Also they have multiple juicers but made our order of three juices one by one, so three juices took much longer than it took me to search, find, review, and write this post.

I actually love this store. I sm a frequent customer who orders through the app. The staff always has my order ready when I arrive, and they address me by name. However, I do have a menu suggestion. Can you add beets as a “create your own juice“ ingredient? That’s my only suggestion. Keep up the great work!

Interesting juice mixes and smoothies. Exotic atmosphere. Very inviting. Was greeted very appropriately. One of the drinks was done to perfection while the other had a bit too much ginger. If you are looking for a healthy modern type of drink this is your place.

Very friendly, would recommend to a friend any day of the week. I particularly love the quality of the juices.

They have amazing fresh squeezed juices and very delicious smoothies. The ingredients are fresh and there are no preservatives.

Great experience and quality shakes / juices. Would love to see shakes infused with White tea or green tea as the liquid base.

There is not a clearly marked spot for online order pickup. Or well I didn't see it cuz ppl ordering were blocking sign at counter height. It didn't take too long tho. Food is high quality and staff always friendly at all locations I've been! A little pricy but I understand price gouging from suppliers has been common the 5yrs. If you had some plant-based prepared meals like Juiceland does then I would definitely come here more often. Good day!
