Yum! Sorry to hear some of the other negative reviews, but I had a great first experiemne here! Great tumeric sunrise smoothie and GF muffin. LOADS of options from juices, smoothies and smoothie bowls. Will be back for sure.
Smoothies taste considerably different depending on the day. Today's tumeric sunrise had far more than a touch of lime. The drink was tossed. So much for a healthy lunch. $10 down the drain. Go to their other locations if you prefer consistency.
The coupon doesn’t even come up, that’s not my problem that’s nectars. I had an email saying $3 smoothie. The manager said he couldn’t honor it unless the coupon popped up. There’s always a way to override it. I usually come here but I’m getting less and less excited to care for this particular location despite it being closer to home. The manager here doesn’t care about customer service.
This place is wonderful, so clean and they have really healthy smoothies! They are freshly made with raw ingredients. I had the turmeric sunrise and it was very refreshing!!
I believe the workers should wear hair nets behind the counter. The young ladies who make our smoothies and bowls and what have you all have long hair. This morning my bowl had hair all thru out the bowl. I ordered ahead online, and had to wait 10 min for them to make my bowl, which I had already paid for online. I was late for work. Given the food you all prepare is raw, it is much more important that that all practices are clean and sanitary to prevent illness. Everyone behind they counter needs to wear a hair net. Long hair, short hair, Rudy ever. It’s disgusting to find hair all thru out one’s bowl upon removing the lid.

Super disappointed in the service today. I come here ALL the time. The workers there definitely know me and I support them and tag them all the time on social media. Today I tried something different on the menu - the acai Popeye smoothie. And it was just not good. At all. I told them and they didn't really seem to care and asked me what I wanted them to do. I asked what they typically do when a customer isn't satisfied and they said they do a second smoothie at half off. To me, that is unacceptable. Especially for a regular customer. So now I wasted $10. Sorry, Nekter. You've lost a life long customer over this.

I drive by this place all the time on my way to work and I never once thought to stop in until a week ago.
The girl behind the counter was incredibly helpful (did not catch her name, but I know she has red hair).
My first drink was something called The Pink Flamingo and it was by far one of the best smoothies I've had in a long time. I've been coming back since and the customer service has always been spot-on. The place is usually always clean, people are happy and orders aren't taking too long to get out.
I especially love their grab-and-go smoothies (as I sit in my car drinking a Skinny Lemonade)
I've been a huge fan of juice bars since moving to this area, and I definitely know I'll be coming back.

I love the smoothies and açai bowls at nekter! They are refreshing, nutritious and delicious. But your staff at the Plano location are ridiculously slow! I waited nearly half an hour for one smoothie and an açai bowl - ordered at 10:25 am on a Sat morning (only one person in line in front of me) and I didn't receive my order until 10:50! I recognize there is an online app to order ahead of time, but the staff should not take that long just because the customer walks in to order.
