This is the best location by far, I had Nekter for the first time at this location when y'all first opened and have lived in downtown FW and Las Colinas since then and visited both locations on occasion thinking it'd be like the Plano one but FW and Las Colinas are terrible and I would not recommend to anyone. Glad to be back in this area knowing that the Plano location is still exactly how I remember it being - excellent!

My mobile order was almost 10 minutes late, I know they were busy, so that isn't as big an issue as the guy who prepared it and brought it out to me was not wearing a mask. I won't go back in there if staff are not wearing a mask. No excuse for that.

Came in to pick up my Togo order. Lady working wash washing apples for 3-5 minutes while myself and another customer waited to be helped. When she finally came to the front she did not apologize for keeping us waiting and was very short. Smoothie was great but service could be improved.
