Place was bright and clean. Drinks are made fresh to order, but also have bottled juice if you don't want wait. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. I've never had a bad drink. Workers are very courteous and helpful.
I love the smoothies and açai bowls at nekter! They are refreshing, nutritious and delicious. But your staff at the Plano location are ridiculously slow! I waited nearly half an hour for one smoothie and an açai bowl - ordered at 10:25 am on a Sat morning (only one person in line in front of me) and I didn't receive my order until 10:50! I recognize there is an online app to order ahead of time, but the staff should not take that long just because the customer walks in to order.
The staff was super nice and even walked my drink out to me! I got the mango delight and added hemp protein-- so delicious! I will be back again ASAP
Also, making smoothies does take time, especially when it's summer and everyone is ordering. I used to work at a yogurt bar, so I know. A wait is normal, I think!
Very very slow. I waiting for 15 minutes for a smoothie then I had to leave with out my smoothie due to needing to leave

Deff love this place! Just had the pink flamingo and I'm loving it, fresh, crisp, clean taste. For those who don't know the pink flamingo is pitaya, strawberry, pineapple, Adelaide nectar, and coconut water. If you like places like smoothie king etc deff try this place out its small time and giving the mainstream a run for its money. The Bowls I haven't tried but I'm coming back for one judging from others they look bomb!
