The price of the bowls have gone up while the amount of topping have gone down. A few weeks ago I ordered the acai berry bowl and it was skimpy but I said well maybe it was just a new person so I ordered an acai berry bowl again today and the fruit toppings were even more skimpy. They cut up 1 strawberry, gave me 8 blueberries, a quarter of a banana and an enormous amount of granola. On top of this location not honoring the company promotions I will no longer come to this location. I will be trying another one from now on.

I enjoy the products you serve & I am disappointed in the customer service your staff offers. The Cashier saw me approach the register to order & she walked away to talk to the staff for a few minutes. She was laughing & joking around. I had to ask her to help me which she did. She could have said hello & I'll be right with you, which she did not. I was at the Plano store on 7/24 at 4:58pm. I enjoy coming to this store & hopefully this type of service doesn't continue.

I really love the juice here! It has an open set up so you can clearly see the awesome raw veggies turning into 12 oz of your desired juice blends. The acai bowls are a little interesting and eccentric for my taste but if that's your thing you'll probably love it. My favorite blend would probably be the buzz. Definitely check it out if you around! But keep in mind with all that freshness turning into juice you might have to use your virtue of patience while waiting for you drink, but it's definitely worth it!

Great place, wonderful juices and bowls but this location do not like to honor specials that the company have...I rather go where it can be done

Nicole Miller, thank you for your review. Our Texas locations are franchised, so occasionally they will opt-out of corporate-wide promotions. However, since earlier this year, they have been participating in many more promos that our corporate stores do, so feel free to give them a call next time we are offering a promotion to see if they are participating! I absolutely love this place! I will literally drive 30-40 mins out of my way to get bowls and drinks from Nekter Juice Bar. There are few places in the DFW area that has such clean, raw, and healthy food that tastes amazing!
There are so many good things here worth trying. The Toxin Flush, the Acai peanut butter bowl, the Skinny Lemonade, and the little grab-and-go coconut protein balls are my favorites! I have to be careful not to go crazy here and spend too much money 😆
