Tried this place for the first time and simply loved it. The drink and Acai bowls they have to offer are all fresh ingredients and really tasty. It's good for a quick grab and go if you need a snack or a boost in your day.

Used to love this place, today had poor service, waited 35 minutes at 11:30 am and 6 people came in and ordered after and received their orders, when I asked about it, the lady was rude and lied and said they all phoned in their orders when they ordered in store, also this time my bowl was 4/5 full of the blended mix and only a very small amount of fruit on top, very disappointed and will not be returning.

i walked in with my buddy to order the super bowl, i received the bowl in less then 2 min.(McDonald speed) i attempted to shove my spoon into a ice hard frozen morning leftover bowl special. Freshly-Made??? meanwhile my friend waited 7 min to receive his, which came out fresh. the employees kept looking over at me guilty and had attitude. i will never go here again, and will make sure non of my friends return.

Super disappointed in the service today. I come here ALL the time. The workers there definitely know me and I support them and tag them all the time on social media. Today I tried something different on the menu - the acai Popeye smoothie. And it was just not good. At all. I told them and they didn't really seem to care and asked me what I wanted them to do. I asked what they typically do when a customer isn't satisfied and they said they do a second smoothie at half off. To me, that is unacceptable. Especially for a regular customer. So now I wasted $10. Sorry, Nekter. You've lost a life long customer over this.

Way overpriced and not very good. Paid $7 for 16oz and had to wait. Juice is good but not worth $7 and not sweet at all so if you like sweet juices don’t come here. Got the pink flamingo on a recommendation and it’s okay. Mango delight tastes like chalk.

Loved this place, they brought the food to our table and have extremely high quality food that is very healthy and good. Nice staff and tool them a decently good time to get the food to us but it was great. The one downfall is how expensive it is overall it's a great place and I would recommend it
