I ordered 2 create your own juices which are basically ******** but without apple and ginger added. There was no apple but it also didn’t taste like there was lemon or ginger. Flavor profiles seem inconsistent with certain employees.

I went in to pick up an online order. It hadn’t registered. The gal at the register immediately said, you must have ordered at another store. Your order wasn’t ordered for this store. Showed her the confirmation on my phone. I was at the right location. Then another said, you must have just put the order in, just now. Showed I had ordered it 20 minutes before. I was the only customer in the store and the staff worked to get my order filled quickly. Only complaint, before assuming that the customer is wrong, check everything. Things like this happen and it’s ok but I left the store still feeling it was I who made the mistake. Thanks for confirmations you give customers. It helped me that day.

After standing in the store for 5 minutes (no one else was in there), watching the lady wash the dishes, I was still unable to get her attention. I had to start saying “Hello” many times before she heard me. Then she acted really put out that she had to bring me my to-go order. Maybe a bell or noisemaker on the door would help.

It was good my drinks were ready when i arrived. I was offered a cup holder and everything taste right.

The people working on this day were very helpful and super nice. I order my juice as a mix your own now and hardly ever have issues.

This was my first visit after the Pandemic. The lady that waited on me 2 years ago still remembered me. Everything was really good tasting and fresh. The shots of Ginger, Turmeric and Elderberry are still very potent, especially the Ginger. Bring your A game if you are going to shoot the Ginger. My grand daughter loved the Fruit Bowls. My Grandson inhaled the Mango Delight smoothie. My daughter and Wife so enjoyed the Pumpkin Spice Smoothie. I enjoyed the Health Nut Almond Butter smoothie. Next time I plan to give my old green juices a whirl. My memory is I felt a lot better drinking them. Nekter lets you customize everything and their App works very well for preorder and pick up. It is user friendly even for an old buzzard like me. And their is very little wait in line. I was in around 11:30A today, Monday and there was no line. I even saw a fellow Christian behind the counter wearing a THE CHOSEN shirt and I knew I was in for great service. And I was not disappointed.
