Service design in store needs work - random counter top and signage in the way of the order line, and not very clear about the order ahead and pick up situation. Ordered ahead and still ended up awkwardly standing in line with a sign in my way.
Opted out of email subscription, but still receiving marketing emails.

I’m a regular here at Nekter Juice Bar. I have never had a bad bowl from there and even todays bowl wasn’t bad but it has no agave on it and did not have the extra granola that I payed for. A little disappointed today.

My build your own smoothie was a little watery but still delicious. My husbands açaí mango bowl was very watery and the added almond butter on top was hard as a rock. He didn’t finish it.

Please let me know why you advertise bowls filled to the top but sell them only halfway full. I was explained that this is the way they are however your pictures on your ads show them differently. For the price I pay they should be full to the top of the container.

Even though myself and another customer were waiting in the pickup line, the employee continued to serve the people in the walk-in line. What's the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait in the regular line?
