The girl who helped me (I didn't get her name) was so friendly and engaged me in conversation. She thanked me for using the app, which encourages me to use it more in the future now that I see how it affects how the employees also work. She also ended up having extra when making my smoothie, which she was happy to put in a larger cup for me as well as asked me if I wanted some other fruit options because I wasn't getting apples in my acai bowl order. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, thank you!

The store ran out of spinach so one drink was short the spinach. It was still good and well prepared but that was the premise for ordering the Popeyes smoothie. This was a pick up order and it would’ve been nice to have a notification ahead of time in case we de used to get another drink. Otherwise we love Nekter and love the Novato Team.

Tried this place for the first time today. Really enjoyed my smoothie. Perfect for a hot day!

The girls working when I picked up my order are super nice and I had my smoothies served at the exact time my it was meant to be ready. Love this place!

They always make the bowels runny. It’s so runny is like a smoothie. They can’t seem to get it right at this location or find any nice staff. Nobody smiles or makes eye contact. It’s pretty bizarre

I think the acaí bowls at jamba juice are better, but Nekter has some really good smoothies!

Typically, this location is friendly and has good service. I ordered online 45 minutes early, providing the time, my phone number, and my email. The order was not ready due to them being out of mango and they explained to me that they would rather wait for me to come in to pick up my order to determine what mango should be replaced with instead of contacting me. Then apparently they were in a hurry to get this order completed that the smoothie had chunks of powder on the side. I didn't even know powder was in this smoothie, as it did not have protein powder included.

The smoothie consistency was really not good. I was very surprised.

The smoothie was great. The service needs improvement. I walked in to pick up a mobile order near the sign for mobile order pick ups. There were 5 employees working and not one said I’ll be right with you etc ever after several minutes. I understand that the employees are busy but could you please train them to acknowledge customers? It’s ok if they can’t help me right away but it’s courtesy to acknowledge a customer and then offer to get their order as soon as there is time. I was given some attitude when I went to pick up a smoothie that was the same as my order but was for another customer. Please train your employees better

Ordering on app is super convenient. Can wait a little in store if busy but always polite and attentive. Bowls and smoothies are awesome! Love that you can customize the acai bowl with extras or subs.

One of my smoothies was made wrong

I googled smoothies near me and was hoping to find Jamba Juice.... I only found Nekter so I decided to give it a try. I will be back! Better than jamba by far!
