Love Nékter. The best place I’ve found for açaí and smoothie bowls. Staff is always nice when I come in. The only issue is that the nearest location to me is about 40 mins away. Please add more locations north of the Bay Area.

I feel that my smoothies and bowls are inconsistent. Sometimes I wonder if items got left out of the mix. But they are delicious and staff is kind, and they are also cost-prohibitive. I’d buy more frequently if I could get a small smoothie for 6 bucks flat, or a bowl for 8.

Mia and her staff at the Novato store are awesome! They always have my mobile order prepared on-time and go the extra mile to make my smoothies just the way I like it.

I ordered online a smoothie but got a juice instead, they were too busy to ask them to remake it.

My smoothie is very inconsistent. Tastes different everytime! Great employees but consistency is key!

My app order was ready. Young, African American lady was WAY nicer than others I've experienced. I usually leave not wanting to come back and the customer service isn't great. People need more training is basic courtesy - with the exception of the lady this morning. Also, why can't you bring back the green tea smoothie please?!?

Customer service is lacking. Bank on spending 10-15 minutes for one smoothie bowl , Online ordering convenient but goes down often and they NEVER answer the phone. Good product but they make it hard to get.!

Employees were out front and helped me right away. My smoothie was ready when I got there so it was a super quick stop. However I've ordered this several times and it tasted very different this time, almost like it was missing an ingredient or something. It was very watery and crunchy like it had seeds in it, which I don't recall previously.

I like that this place does blended smoothies, bowls, and juices. I came in not knowing what I wanted, saw a pumpkin bowl (tis the season, amirite?) and asked if they had "something pumpkin blended." (yep, I was feeling unabashedly basic that day) And got the pumpkin pie smoothie (dairy free/gluten free), plus the Turmeric Sunrise– blended pineapple, mango, coconut butter, coconut water, lime, and turmeric. Both were absolutely delicious, exactly what I wanted. I recommend you give this place a try!
