I was 10 minutes late picking up my smoothie but it was watery and not at all thick or even partially frozen like I am used to. It’s my first visit to the Novato store.

lately, the smoothies have been a lot thinner like they're mostly just the liquid base, which is less enjoyable than if there was more actual fruit

I enjoy the products but Smoothies are inconsistent —like sometimes too Icey in consistency

The first time I tried Nekter it was amazing! The second time we went the service needed improvement. There was 2 other customers ahead, yet it took about 20 minutes to get our order. Unfortunately, I was unable to drink my smoothie as it was extremely watery. I noticed that the person in front of me ordered the same smoothie so it just appeared like they gave me the leftovers of the previous smoothie since the consistency was very watery. Pretty bummed.

The staff was great, when I arrived to pick up they informed me their juicer was not working and offered to make me a smoothie instead. Also I had my açaí bowl waiting and they also informed me that they did not have any more bowls so they put it in a large cup AND they were out of strawberries so they added more banana. I felt really bad for them as I was one of the first orders of the day and I am sure many were really cranky with them. Shame on management for not having the adequate supplies needed for a busy weekend.

The protein peanut smoothie is made different everytime. Some of the girls drip the chocolate mix down the sides of the cup, sometimes it's all blended together. Not a lot of consistency in overall flavor. But it's still good.

I am a regular at this store, ordering 3-5 times a week. I order my drinks on the app so they are ready when I pick up (sometimes it can take 15-20 min and I work FT so this way I can grab them in between meetings or my husband will pick up for me) and I ALWAYS add a tip. The juices have been unavailable for 2 weeks. I get this app feature can be turned off if the store is busy but it's quite annoying that it's not been turned on. I have asked about it the last 2 pick ups, the workers just kinda look at me and don't know what to say or do. Today I placed another smoothie order since juices are still not available. I ordered and PAID for a regular (24 oz) My husband picked up my drink and it was a small (16 oz). I don't have time to go back but hope this can be credited on my next order. I love the products. I order ahead, because orders can take awhile. Long waits, but great smoothies.

Employees are very attentive. There are never any issues with orders and always correct even when custom order are submitted. This is the preferred spot of my people and I when we crave juices and smoothies.

Service was quick and cashier smiled and let me know my smoothie was ready because the girl who made it did not announce it. I added strawberries to my pb smoothie, but not sure I tasted the banana too. Overall, I liked it.

It was quick and easy. All the smoothies were ready on time…and they taste great!

Service seemed backed up. 1 person making smoothies and seemed overwhelmed.
