There appeared to be a staff of two. The two men were both very friendly and greeted me. I ordered a pumpkin smoothie. Praises for the pumpkin smoothie it was you not at all as sweet as one from your local competitor chain. Very pleased to see online it said 250 cal for a small. When I am looking for a healthy alternative in a pumpkin smoothie, I will choose an Nekter. Ty

I love your products and concept and as a vegan appreciate your healthy approach. But the consistency in the Novato store is lacking. I made the same order twice this week- A Green Apple Detox Juice and a Tropical Cooler smoothie. My first order was great, but they did forget the added ginger in the smoothie. Second order my smoothie was the same consistency of my juice, way too runny, and the green juice was stained red from the previous beet juice they made. It was also much later than the stated pick up time.
I make smoothies every day and juice a lot. Nektar would be so great to use when I am short on time to make it myself but the quality is lacking.

I paid for extra toppings but the person making my smoothie started with way way way too much milk and just kept adding ice to make the smoothie thicker. My drink was completely diluted I couldn’t even taste the add ins let alone the named ingredients.

over committed the prep time so when i went by what the app indicated and arrived to pick up, my smoothies were runny and already separating. Also, i paid for two scoops of whey in one of the beverages and received absolutely no protein whatsoever. just the plant ingredients, which, as mentioned were already separating and runny. i regularly order this same beverage at my home location and the powder thickens it up. the app indicated asap meant 20 minutes from my order time. i arrived 15 mins after placing the order and they'd long since been completed. I'd like to see more accurate timing reflection in the order times.
