I ordered extra granola with my bowl. It always comes on the side and that’s exactly how I like it. I ordered it and it came inside the bowl, instead of on the side. When I asked about it, the employee just said sorry and walked away. I wasn’t asking for a new bowl but it would have been nice if he would have grabbed an extra side for me. I like to add it towards the end. Customer service was definitely lacking.

I ordered ahead on the app. When I showed up, someone had ordered from the wrong location. The employees said they would make her order (which was nice of them), however, that customer’s order was 15 bowls and unfortunately, I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes since I ordered before my one bowl was ready.

The açaí bowls were wonderful! Nice, heathy lunch. Yet the delivery person did not ring the bell to set food on the counter, in the school’s lobby. The delivery person set the bowls in the sun and on the ground outside the front door. Delivery service was terrible, Nekter’s service was fantastic!

Whoever the red head working the register was, EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional.
Went in to order and she immediately had an attitude I could sense just upon walking in. Started to order and guess I said to remove something off top that isn't on top of bowl but instead inside and she RUDELY corrected me and made sure to do it in a condescending way and tried her best to make me feel stupid instead of being helpful and nice. Not only once but twice.
Also forgot the chia pudding on top i specifically requested and guessing I paid for.
Horrible horrible experience.

I am so sorry for your experience in the store today. I have spoken with this employee about this matter and pulled your ticket to verify exactly what you paid for. You did not pay for chia pudding and it did not come on the bowl you chose. There must've been some communication mix up. She was not aware you wanted it added therefor did not charge you. She was trying to explain you that it came on the immunity bowl not on the Power Bowl. Thank you for your business.
Refresher had zero taste and we asked for blueberries in both bowls but neither had blueberries.

It was nice to be able to buy something new for my family. Too bad the promo only applied if you bought 3 peanut butter bowls. I'm allergic, so got 2 of the PB and one Immunity.

New location for me to use. I split my protein bowl. It did not have any peanut butter. Too much granola. No cocoa chips (sp?). Just not happy with the flavor. I doubt if they even put any pea protein boost either. It taste very bland. the toppings of banana and strawberry were even scarce. I'm very disappointed. This is a treat for me to spend $$ at Nekter and this experience/product was not a good one. I will not return to this location.

Today my acai bowls were 1/2 full, other times they are full. Very inconsistent and drives me crazy. Trying to find a different to place to go to if it does not change.
