Nekter is normally my favorite franchise but this location is the worst I ever had.
I had a bowl and the fruits used are not fresh and smell bad, the bowl as well as the toppings.

Hi Kiran. You sat in the store for an hour and ate that entire bowl. If you had an issue why wouldn’t you say something to one of us? I made that bowl personally and made sure it was perfect. I am not sure what you could possibly be talking about. All the fruits used are fresh. Sorry to disappoint. Good luck going elsewhere.
Not satisfied with portion serving of bowls. Ordered bowls and they were half way filled. I never had this issue with other Nekter locations.

I ordered the Pumpkin bowl using the app and it was ready when I arrived earlier than the app said it would be ready. So all good. However, I couldn't taste any pumpkin and it was soupy. When I ate to the bottom I could then see the pumpkin all on the bottom of the dish. So I guess it wasn't mixed correctly and was too soupy. I can't recommend the Pumpkin Bowl to friends.

Half of the banana in my bowl was black and my blueberries were very squishy. Not the usual high standard of quality fresh fruit Nekter normally has. Definitely not the usual wonder tasty banana berry bowl I order.

Industry wide Nekter has the largest bowl out there. The container is bigger because it is designed to add layers of additional items. It will Never be filled to the top unless you add to it. We have a 24oz bowl. Good luck with our competitors who have 1/2 that size yet charge as much if not more.
My dragon fruit bowl was not frozen and unfortunately, I had to put it in the freezer for an hour after getting home before I could eat it. The flavor was good, but it was completely liquid when I picked it up.

Everything was great but the acai bowl was pretty light and only had one small strawberry. I always get the same bowl so I know how full it normally is and it's pretty expensive to not get a full serving. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and everything tasted great.
