The bowl that i ordered was not very full. The ingredients were correct and it tasted good. Just was not very full like it usually is.

Rude employee, made my bowl wrong and still gave attitude. All other employees were standing around gossiping. Never call in an order they will mess up and blame you for it.I specifically called in the order and added chia seed pudding, and she even asked if i wanted it mixed in. I also asked for bananas instead of pineapple and she told me the banana costs extra, which I said was okay. I come to pick up my order and there was extra strawberries instead of banana and dry chia seeds instead of the pudding. When i asked for the pudding instead, she gave me extreme attitude. I love Nékter but this was just a bad experience all around. I even tipped!!

Hi Gracie. I actually took your order. The pudding part of the order was left off. You said Chia. I assumed u meant chia seeds. Communication error for sure. Please be sure to distinguish that on your next order. I have talked to the staff about your feeling that they were rude. The problem was fixed and you did not get charged for the chia pudding only chia seeds. All the modifications can be tricky and they made some mistakes. It can also be really hard to hear when you call the orders in. Please think about ordering ahead on our app. It is super easy to use. We are sorry for your experience not being perfect today. They will try harder. Thank you for your business.

There was only fresh strawberries on top of my peanut butter bowl with purée. I’ve had it at another location and there was also fresh apple and banana slices on top. That’s what made the bowl so good! The bowl I got tasted good, but was mushy and not what I was expecting or thought I ordered.

Good smoothie, fast and friendly service. The only thing I'd critique or like to see are more sustainable containers (for example, compostable single-use cups with a compost bin in the store or encouraging reusable cups and bowls via reward points or discounts) and staff wearing masks.
