The protein smoothies are so bad do not recommend I understand there supposed to be protein but there’s no flavor I would get the açaí bowls my friend asked for no blueberries they still gave her some.

Hi Ryan. So sorry Nekter wasn't to your liking. We service 100-200 of those smoothies daily and most LOVE them. If you are used to something sweeter you can always request them sweeter. Keep in mind they are all fruit, no yogurts/mixes. Hope to see you again soon.
I ordered superfoods açaí bowl paid $13 plus tax, I asked for no banana topping, no agave topping, no blue vanilla drizzle. That was met, but I also didn’t get cacao nibs, chia seeds, and blueberries I was disappointed in what I received.

Just an unenjoyable experience, and I prefer my bowl to be a bowl and not a smoothie. It was literally liquid and enjoyable.

Didn’t get what I ordered. There was no peanut butter drizzle on the açaí bowl and the PB Health Nut smoothie was watered down without peanut butter in it, even though we paid for extra peanut butter added.

Great place and location . I don’t understand the negative reviews , they sell drinks and bowls I highly doubt you had such a bad experience , literally impossible. Drinks are great every time .

The overall experience is great. I just wish that you offered smaller sizing. The size of the bowls is too big to eat in one sitting, and when you freeze and defrost to eat later, it changes the texture. I would come much more frequently if I could get a smaller portion.

I don’t know if the employees see what each customer tips for online orders but I was redeeming a free smoothie so I decided on a cash tip. At pickup I was not greeted nor did they make eye contact. I’m thinking no big deal as long as my smoothie is great. While drinking my smoothie I felt small chunks of slime in my mouth so I spit into a napkin and what I saw & felt was identical to mucus. I frequently order from 4 different Nekter locations on a weekly basis and never has anything suspicious ended up in my drink or bowl. I am beyond disgusted and as your employee intended I will not be returning to this location ever again.

We did a preorder for pickup and the bowls were delicious, but missing blueberries. I understand there may be a shortage, but it would have been nice if there was an option to sub different fruit as a topping instead
