The wait was much longer than usual even though I had a mobile pick-up order. I believe there was only one employee working and at least 4 orders waiting. I was not given the granola on the side either. I have ordered 3 Build Your Own bowls this month in order to receive a 4 bowl free. Will the free bowl code be sent via my app or a different way?

I placed an online order but had to wait 30 minutes after i arrived to receive my order. People that were there also waiting started leaving. I feel bad because it was just 2 younger looking kids in there alone. They looked super stressed out. One of them also appeared to be sick as I could see them wiping their nose and then not changing their gloves or washing their hands, continuing to make the items. Definitely would recommend having another person work during busy peak times and this is not acceptable as a consumer and puts me off from wanting to come again. Not to mention my bowl was basically half full which was a bummer but I didn’t want to wait any longer so I just took it and left.

My husband always enjoys your bowls. Have learned to pre order as wait times are pretty long.

I ordered the power bowl online and picked it up. It was ready when I arrived and was delicious.

This morning my service was quick and easy. I rated the customer service an 8 and not a 10 because my bowl I ordered was only filled half way. I’m not sure if I’ve only been so lucky to have my bowls always filled to the top when that’s not how it’s supposed to be or if I wasn’t given the correct amount today. The woman who helped me this morning, I hadn’t seen before so I’m not sure. Either way, I do love Nektar and will be returning anyways, I just felt a little questionable about my portion this morning. No biggie.

Fast and easy. The açaí bowls were yummy. I feel bad for the workers because it’s so loud in there from the blenders.

Employee was very nice but the blue cashew drizzle on top is one of my favorite parts and that was not on the bowl :(

I was greeted upon entering the store, only waited a short time, and my bowls were already ready.

Half of my order was missing. There were no napkins utensils or straws. Items left out of bowls and shake.

About 75% of my mobile orders are not honored correctly. I pay for extras and don’t get them. Today PB inside and on top and I only got a simple drizxle on top. A PB bowl without REAL PB is a HUGE disappointment. Specify No apples and I receive lots of apple inside. Extra berries on top —3 blueberries. It’s like they make whatever they feel like it knowing it won’t be noticed until the customer gets to their destination. I have stopped patronizing frequently for this reason. I am NOT getting anything close to what I am paying extra for. And I ALWAYS give a generous tip! Quality control at this store continues to be a big issue for me. You are risking losing another customer

It was great! I called in a phone order and was told they don’t do those anymore but the app was super easy to navigate:) I arrived early and my order was ready. Very happy with the customer service and of course the bowl was great!

Finally my bowl was built to exact specification. All my extras were included this time. Delicious and perfect
