I love Nekter. The staff at the Indian School location works hard and are always friendly. During busy times they could probably use one more person up front but, as the world is understaffed, I'm sure that's the case with Nekter.

Customer service and speed always good! Today I ordered a smoothie with peanut butter in it and there were big chunks of unblended PB.
I wish you had a comment section on the Nekter app to be able to tell them
Lite on the PB and to be able to share info…it was way too much PB

Showed up at 6:30 and they let me know I couldn’t get a juice because they had already cleaned all of the juicing machines… even though they close at 7. What a shame. If I was a business owner I would definitely want to know my employees were turning away business and customers because of laziness!!

I asked for no spoons with my order, but got spoons, napkins, and a bag. They were of course trying to be nice, but it wasn’t necessary nor wanted.

I had a mobile order and stopped in to pick it up. I was the only person there. I could see 3 employees in the back, 2 on a computer and one on
a cell phone. I moved from one end of the counter to the other to get someone's attention and after about 10 min someone noticed me.
I guess they didn't hear me come in. I suggest a door "bell" of some sort.
