I haven’t been too satisfied with the customer service at this location. The employees rarely greet me when I enter and/or stand at the pickup counter. Today I was the only one in the building, and the employee was busy on her phone or something. I stood for a couple minutes and attempted to say hello before she recognized I was there. She then just handed me my food with no service connection. I do recommend having a device that rings when people enter. The açaí bowls also haven’t been consistent in ingredient and presentation.

Your Free Smoothie Promotion w/ App Signup didn't work and the location's response was to call customer support... Location was understaffed so it took 10 mins just to be greeted and get my online pickup order.

Nekter blends probably the best smoothies I've ever had. Every ingredient is natural and delicious. There's no sugary add ons to hide the true taste of the fruit. Their acai bowls look terrific and I plan on tasting one soon!
