It was stone cold silent when I came in, nobody greeted or spoke out loud to anyone. The customers in front were happily served and when the girls did poke out silently from the back, they were friendly and helpful. It was a decent experience but I didn't feel warm and welcome by any means. I feel like if I didn't stand up and say my name, the girl would not have noticed me and let me sit there with my order ready for hours 😂

I ordered in the App for pickup. When I arrived I went to the pickup area. No one greeted me or offered to help. One worker was busy preparing something. The other was sitting in the back looking at her phone. I then moved over to the area where you would place an order, and the one on the phone came up and helped me. Not the first instance of this. You walk in and it’s like you are invisible. Takes effort to get someone to do something.

I enjoy the Nektar juices very much but I had placed the order for pick up at 930am. When I got there at noon my order was not ready and had to wait for them to prepare. Its hard when you are on a time crunch for lunch.

I placed an online order, to be picked up at 12:00. When I arrived at 12:10 it wasn't ready, and I was originally told that they didn't have my order, which I had a confirmation email for. So then they made my order and I left at 12:20.

This is the second time I have entered into the store and waited at the front for someone to even acknowledge I was there. And everytime I order a bowl it is alway different. Sometimes it's full to the top and other times its just barely over half full.
