I placed an order for the one day juice cleanse but when I went to pick it up the order it was not ready and the person at the desk had no idea when it would be ready. I left the store with nothing. They didn't even offer anything in the mean time. I feel like canceling the order and getting my money back.

Beverage was not ready by pick up time, and had to wait for it to be made. Order completed 10 min after quoted pick up time. Otherwise no issues.

Love the staff at this store. Super engaging! Mostly great consistent product but sometimes ingredients are omitted. I believe they are just so busy and over worked at times so I don’t mind. Post pandemic for sure!

Berry banana bowl is my fave. Bowls are consistent, sometimes filled almost to the brim, other times like today a little over half or 2/3. With your recent price increase I expect the larger quantity and consistency.
