There was one sweet girl working this morning. she was working very hard to take and fulfill all orders she was getting, but it was obvious. She was very overwhelmed because she had zero support. I waited 15 minutes for my small smoothie and she was so apologetic that it took her so long and I’m not mad about that, but I am sad that she was doing everything by herself. I get in the car and take a sip of my smoothie and it doesn’t taste right but I can’t go back in there because she’s all by herself and she’s already behind on her current orders. I am disappointed that she doesn’t have any staff to assist her, and I am not satisfied with the way my drink tastes.

Smoothies are great, no notes there. The layout though? Feels cluttered and a little chaotic, not the most relaxing space to hang out or see what's available. I'll still come back for the smoothies, just probably not to linger.

My first time at this location. Smoothie was delicious! Customer service, not so much. No one was around when I entered. I had placed a mobile order for pick up. I did not see my smoothie on the counter in the pick up area so i stood back, waiting. A minute or two passed, I was “greeted”. “Welcome in.” I replied and continued to stand away from the counter leaning on a chair/barstool back. The gentleman started to count cash tips and mess around near the register and after a minute or so started to walk toward the back. I wasn’t asked if I needed help, wanted to order, had a pick up order, etc. at any point. I did notice a smoothie sitting behind the divider/work station near a sink so I asked him if he could check to make sure that my mobile order had gone through before he disappeared. At this point it was a few minutes after my pick up time. He asked my name, seemingly slightly annoyed. He was definitely not enthusiastic about helping, it seemed to be an inconvenience. He proceeded to grab my smoothie from around a corner and set it in the pick up space. Great, thanks!

Consistent Product Every smoothie or juice that I order! Customer service seems to be top priority for this store! Angel is so engaging and pleasant 100% of the time! Store manager is leaving to go to Tempe location....she will be missed! Thanks for opportunity to give this feedback! The staff at this store makes working hard...look fun!

Nekter has become my daily health fix. They make fresh juice to order and it’s not bottled or watered down like the other places. I’ve been to a few locations and the staff are always friendly and fast. Still need to try their smoothies!

Smoothies are great. Employees are miserable and service is slow

She was friendly and anticipated that I was there to pick up my order, so she brought it from the back when she grabbed another one. I appreciate when people are attentive and forward thinking. My smoothie tasted great, too!

I enjoy my smoothie and bowl.

Everything is always pretty consistent! If it gets busy, you have to wait a little but I don’t mind. The young staff that work at this location aren’t always the most friendly but I don’t expect too much when ordering a smoothie.

When I arrived, the employee was busy with someone else, however, she helped me as soon as she could. She was great. However my smoothie seemed like it had been sitting out in the heat for a couple minutes or it was very watered down

The smoothie was not sweet enough and I ordered ahead of time to avoid having to wait, and when ai got there it wasn’t ready despite it being dead in the store

Easy online ordering. Counter person was friendly and efficient. Smoothie and protein bites were great!

My smoothie was not frozen, basically cashew milk in a cup
