We've been ordering Nektar for years. We get the peanut butter acai bowl, but it seems like they have become less flavorful over the past year or so. I love it that my teens are getting nutrition with the bowls, but they don't like it as much as they used to. I have tasted them too, and they seem more bland. My guess is that the frozen fruit that is blended may be less ripe or lower quality? Also, sometimes they are not fully blended and there are chuncks of fruit in them.

I had ordered two bowls but only one was made and ready when I arrived as the employee did not see the second bowl on the order. She apologized and went to make the other bowl. While I was waiting, I looked in the bowl (PB&J) and saw there were bananas on the top. I mentioned this to the employee and she said that I had only advised to have no bananas on the inside. I asked her if they changed the ingredients as the PB&J bowl had not previously had bananas on the top. She and another employee quickly made both bowls and I was on my way. Thank you!
