I ordered 3 items online through the Nekter website for delivery, but whoever delivered it forgot my bowl. I called the store twice and left a voicemail, as well as emailing, but haven’t gotten a response. The products I did receive were good and the wait was fine, but it’s the difficulty of getting in contact with someone about my missing item that has made this experience frustrating, and now I’ve lost money because of it.

When I came in the store, there was no one to be seen. It wasn't until a customer came in after me that we found and waved down someone in the back to serve us. When we saw the person working there she was friendly and helpful, just not super available at first.
