I went there today for a Acai bowl and they were closed. It was 7:45am and they were supposed to be open at 7. Guess someone forgot to set their alarm and open the shop. Sad.

The girls that were working, were very nice. But my order was not recorded in the system. I placed it in the app a few days prior. Another customer came in after me and his online order was not in your system either. Having to wait extra time was an inconvenience defeating the purpose of placing orders in advance.

I normally have a good experience with Nekter, but today was not good. The girl was in there sweeping the floor and stopped to handle my order with no hand washing or gloves. That is so not sanitary and I don’t think I will rerun. I would never be in the middle of touching a broom and dust pan and not wash my hands before touching someone’s order.

Staff said my order didn’t print therefore, I still had to wait for a order I placed online because I was in a hurry. Staff did prepare quickly but I wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience😟

I ordered from the Nekter app for delivery. Was away from my phone to see the message come in saying the order was cancelled (this was via the delivery method). I called the store and they said 5 drivers came in to pick it up but they never received the order at the store. I asked if I was still charged and she said, “probably not since she didn’t see the order come through on her end.” I checked my banking acct and I was still charged. She said I would need to call customer service to get it resolved. I also redeemed points for this order so those are now gone. The store was closing in 8 mins so I had no chance to go pickup a new order.
