I love Nekter but the wait is always so long. I ordered online and still had to wait 15 minutes in the store. They need to have more employees at the lunch time rush.

During this trip as well as others previously, the wait time for my drink is grossly underestimated. I often have to wait >30 min for my drink even though the estimated wait time is 15-20 min.

The quality of the smoothies is mediocre. One of the most common issues I experience, and I experienced it today, is that my smoothie tastes watered down. I don't know why that is, perhaps they add ice to it? Or the other ingredients just aren't flavorful? I wish this could be improved upon. The only reason I keep coming back to this location is because it is convenient and I like that Nekter has healthier options for smoothies than some of the other juice bars in the area. The app is convenient as well.

Great stuff, but taking a star away because their menu on Grubhub does not match their regular menu (the chia pudding add to the bowls isn't an option). No matter how much this is requested to be corrected, nothing is ever corrected. I'd come her more often, but it's a 20-min drive each way.
Also, their juice cleanses are not organic. I'm not sure how it's a cleanse if the fruits and veggies used are not organic.

They added almond butter instead of peanut butter to my bowl. It would also be helpful if your Grubhub menu option matched your actual menu options like Doordash. Grubhub is missing the chia pudding as an option for bowls.

I asked for no agave and added protein, but the smoothie tasted like there was agave all I could taste was sugar. And idk if there was any protein because it was really thin. The downside of ordering to go is I was already out the door when I noticed the mistakes.

I love Nekter! Great customer service and quality but I ordered 4 immunity bowls and all of them were missing the chia seed pudding layer. I ordered curbside so I didn’t notice until I got home. Every other time has been great though, so overall amazing!

I ordered a 24oz drink through the app and when I picked up my order I received a 16oz yet I was charged for 24oz. The store was understaffed at the time and wait times were being quoted at 15m. I didn’t have time to wait so I took the 16oz.
