This location is hit or miss but lately I've had really positive experiences with the staff. The only thing I've noticed is that the cleanses haven't been pre assembled many times and I just have to ask. No biggie

My smoothie wasn’t as thick and cold as it normally is, even though I saw that they just made it. Perhaps the ingredients weren’t properly chilled? I also wasn’t sure if they added my protein powder. The app is really confusing for users and the employees because it asks what type of protein but then there’s an option for no additional protein - which can read as no protein at all. I would recommend updating the app.

We love the smoothie bowls. The past two times I went into the store, the girls in the back brought them to me before I even gave them my name (I ordered online ahead of time). Amazing service! And I am not even a big enough regular for them to know my name or my order. I was impressed with the initiative of the team. Nice job Bressi Ranch Nekter!

I like nekter but I did not like the way my last smoothie was made. It was not blended well. I got chunks of fruits in my mouth.

I often come here with large orders for work, first thing in the morning. 6-13 bowls, that need to be ready by 8:15am or 8:30am. And without fail, every time I come by a little early, they already have everything ready for me. They are ON it. They always do a great job having my orders ready on time, and they are always so friendly. Love this spot.

Arrived at the time my order was to be ready and still had to wait. I have only 30 minutes for lunch so that’s why I order on line. The recovery was full of ice. I did ask for ice however it was way more than expected.
