I used the app to place my order and appreciated that it was ready on time. The quality of the smoothie was MUCH better this time than on prior visits. I was happy to see the improvement, particularly that they did not use as much ice in my smoothie this time. It did not taste watered down as it had on previous visits. Thank you!

I always like your products, however the service level was not up to par on this visit. I ordered through the app. I arrived when it said it would be ready only to wait another 10 minutes and watch 2 customers that walked in and ordered their drinks after I arrived (and after mine was promised) to get their drinks before me. I am not sure I will be coming back at all, unless I order 25+ minutes in advance and have the time to wait. There were at least 3 employees working at the time so that didn't really seem to be the issue either.

The quality of the smoothies is poor, they are consistently watered down. In fact, on this most recent visit, I had chunks of ice in my smoothie, it was not even fully blended! Better training and performance management is needed at this location because it has become a recurring issue.

Staff was great - polite, friendly and helpful. Getting in and out was efficient. Only issue that is that the Carlsbad store often has online orders completely disabled or I need to order a cleanse like 2-3 days in advance. That seems ridiculous - especially when I see they have so many in-stock at the store whenver I'm there. This mornign it's not as if they even created a special order for me. They just took them off the shelf.

My order was supposed be ready by 1:15 p and I walked in at 1:30p and it was not started. They associates were in conversations between themselves and barely working on my order. No thank you for waiting or anything when I got it.
