Every time I come to this location it takes a really long time to get any items. Knowing this, I ordered online so I could expect it at the quoted time, which was about 25 minutes later. No big deal, I planned for this. Then I get to the store 5 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready and the order even said it was completed and they hadn’t even started on my order. From there it took another 10 minutes. I can understand being busy or short staffed or both, but if there’s a quoted time and the order says completed, it should be completed and ready at that quoted time.

I feel like several times I have come in to pick up my online order. It hasn't been ready, which is fine, but then I wait and have to go up to see if my order is ready 10 minutes later and the staff pulls it out of the fridge. I would suggest having staff call the name for every order they finish.

Absolutely love this place. I’m here 4-5 times a week. Smoothies are great and the staff is even better. Even when they’re busy they are professional and get it done.

The employees are trying , but they tend to be slammed. I don’t know if they can handle the amount of clientele. I was told to time when I come or to give more than a half hour to prep drinks. Sometimes, they shut down the app. There’s also high turnover of employees in the Carlsbad area. It’s total chaos at all these stores. I’ve never seen a business that turns away clients.
If there is a way through the app, maybe it can notify us when Nekter is busy or the earliest the drink/bowl can be prepared. Check out the Mendocino Farms app. They give an accurate ETA of when food will be ready.
