Nekter Juice Bar - Carlsbad

It would be REALLY great if I didn't have to drive 20 minutes to the Carlsbad location if the good people at Nekter would PLEASE update their menu options on their bowls with the Grubhub app and show the "chia pudding" as an option to add. I swear I'd buy these much more often.

Maya helped me purchase my holiday gift cards a few weeks ago and tonight with my order. She is cheery and very helpful. I can tell she’s smiling even under the mask. She helped me with the nekter app both times!

Had a great time in the nekter juice bar😊perfect place for Smoothies and Açaí bowls. Mango delight was so good. Sweetness of smoothies were so perfect. Also has so many left to try out.special mention to the customer friendly atmosphere.

We just ordered the PB health nut and it’s water down , doesn’t taste like it usually is.

Everyone was great and it was fresh. Only thing is your third party delivery, they always seem to have issues and end up at the wrong place or never show up. It’s happened more than twice.

Great...but....could use drink coozie the cardboard kind maybe? Eco friendly of course cuz these drinks sweat!

Great employee. She went above and beyond to assist me even when she was jammed with orders! She deserves recognition for her work ethics, and kindness.

I love the people who work at Nekter. They have such great spirit. There is high turnover so there’s a lot of change. It seems like the stores are always overwhelmed and struggling to hire people. My favorite is the chia products. There was some specials for it. I also love the açaí bowls. I always add a layer a vanilla chia, and they add a tiny layer. Can the servers add a thicker layer for the vanilla chia onto the açaí bowl?

This visit, the pumpkin spice smoothie was good, however sometimes it is not as good.

We keep trying to give Nekter our business- this time after I ordered, paid for and gave a generous tip as always, I was told that my cleanses could be sold to other customers? I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around this, but it makes sense now that the last time I ordered and paid for my 4 one day cleanses, only 2 were ready for me because the other two were sold to other customers. Also, each time my ordered and paid for cleanses arrive, no one ever calls me to say hey, your cleanses are in- I have to keep calling to find out if they arrived and then rush to get them before they are sold to other customers! Please help me have a better experience- what am I doing wrong when I order?
