They seemingly ran out of spoons.. and it took them a while to find them 😂

Easy to use app- easy pick up! Delicious açaí bowls!

Well, my protien powder was in a clump at the bottom of the empty cup, so did get blended or ingested, and it needed more ice!

My experience was speedy. Staff could be a little more friendly, for example welcoming you when you come into the building.

Your staff do not greet people when they come in. We stand there waiting for someone to look at us. Staff look disengaged. I know it is difficult to find good staff. Only sharing with you because I have staff too and would want to know.

If only I could call in my order and save a few minutes of my life! But even though it takes me an old person trying to use NEKTER updated order system a long time to order, staff is quick! And delivers with a smile! My husband is in and out in a jiffy! Fruit is ALWAYS the best quality and as fresh as picked off the plants! I love it NEKTER! Wish I lived in town or that there was delivery service for up-valley!
