The experience is great if the online ordering is available. Often the app says Napa is temporarily unavailable. I don't have time to walk in and order, so you lose business when the online ordering is disabled. That is also why I wouldn't highly recommend to anybody.

The kids who work here are so sweet but the music with cursing/foul language is kind of a bummer and off brand. Especially because I’m with my kid. That said, the employees are working hard and very friendly when I come in.
