Easy to order on the app and my order is usually done fairly quickly. All employees seem friendly and the store is clean. Only complaint: I wish the prices weren’t so high.

The experience was fine, the customer service in the Napa store never really exceeds expectations. The staff there doesn’t really seem to care to connect with customers. It’s not negative just leaving you hoping for more.

Excellent service and care. Açaí bowl was amazing and the service was quick and caring. I was slow to pick up order and they had it stored in the freezer to keep it perfect for me.
