The online/app order placement was a lot better experience than ordering in store. It takes way too long when ordered in store. As far as quality of the Acai bowls. The Nekter bowl was delicious and the gal who made it was thorough but unfortunately the store was not cared for and service was very behind. This is the second time I’ve been to the Napa store in 2months or so and the bathroom was not stocked with toilet paper or paper towels. This time the toilet looked like it hasn’t been sanitized in weeks! I like to eat at restaurants where the restroom is clean because then I know the ones who prepared my food are clean too! I’m only making reference towards the restroom because I’m a home health nurse working in the community and sometimes I just need to grab food quickly and use the restroom so I can get back to patient care. I hope you can get staff to pay attention to detail.
