Very nice staff but not always sharp in "looking out" when the order is ready for me to receive. Also, it was not their fault but the bathroom was trashed by someone homeless who came in earlier like a tornado.

I placed an order on the app at 3:42. I received confirmation that my order would be ready by 3:57. We arrived at that time and they hadn’t even started it. It wasn’t ready until 4:08 which made us late for an appointment we were heading to. There was one other customer in the store at that time.

The order is wrong. I paid for extra bananas, and there were no extra bananas. I also subbed green apple instead of red and that did not happen. The drink was too sweet. Please make sure you check the accuracy of the order before giving to customers. Every time I order at Nekter I get charged for something and you dont add it. I regret tipping

Almost every time we come there’s an issue. Today I paid for a split and they forgot to split the bowls so instead of making a new one they just gave fruit and agave on the side with an extra bowl. Not a great solution as it’s impossible to divide after the fact without messing them up. They should have just made a new smaller bowl.
