It was a great experience overall and the workers are so understanding and sweet and helped me with my order when my payment method was unavailable and made everything easy.

I ordered my smoothie online for pick up. But once at the store, I had to wait about 15 minutes before my order was ready. There were only two staff members that I could see and there were a few customers already waiting inside. There is room for improvement on the estimated pick-up time for the app.

Orchard hills is my go-to nekter location, but lately it's been hit or miss with the amount that they actually give in the bowl. 3 times now I've has at least an inch of room in my bowl with veeeery minimal fruit on top. For the price I'm paying I expect to be given a full portion I am paying for. Happy to provide pictures if necessary.
