Typically my experience with Nektar is great each time. For some reason, my most recent experience went against the grain. I ordered a bowl, and when I came to pick it up, it was only halfway full. Been coming to Nektar since 2018 and have never seen that so it was disappointing, but I didn't want to complain.

The service in this location is consistently outstanding. The team is always busy with multiple app and in-store customers, yet they take the time to great everyone, are extremely friendly, and have amazing attitudes to providing great service. Seems to be a very rare quality these days, so I appreciate it even more when I experience it at my local bowl and smoothie shop.

Was in town and decided to grab some smoothie bowls before heading out on a hike. There was a sign on the door they were only accepting online orders. We ordered and were given a 20 minute wait time which passed ten minutes ago. We have tried calling the number though no one answers. We have knocked on the door and one employees remains looking at his phone, the other employee will look at us though make no effort to answer the door. They finally answered and told us that their location is not making any smoothie bowls and sent us to another location.

It was great. I placed my order on line and it was ready when I got there to pick it up. My 4 bowls looked amazing and tasted really good. My kids loved them ! Staff was friendly.

We ordered through mobile app. We still had to wait in line to be helped. No one was helping at the pick up area. When we received our bowl it wasn’t filled very much. There was a bit of space left at the top.

This location seems to be inconsistent with size and flavor than the one on Frank Lloyd Wright (their peanut butter bowl).

Messed up my order... again.
I ordered extra granola on both acai bowl orders and none received.
I ordered one without agave, yet the one with the lid that said no agave was the one with agave.
Please refund me the cost of the two extra granola.
