Easy parking, convenient location for me. My smoothie was ready on time. Tasted like peanut butter, not almond butter like I usually get. I only drank half and now I’m itchy and covered in hives which leads me to think it was made with the peanut butter I was tasting
I always experience excellent service and a very clean store. Anytime I visit the Zocallo location.

The experience started out normal I placed my order with Hayden K and I stepped off to the side. There was one person in front of me and they got their order. There was also a gentleman that walked in that had a phone ahead order. He proceeded to try and get their attention but they were back talking to their friend. He waited quite a while when typically that should just be a walk-in walk out. Where it gets a little bit hairy is that I noticed that there was a girl that walked in after me and she walked to the back started chatting up one of the girls in the back that was preparing food. She proceeded to get her order 5 to 10 minutes before I got my One bowl. It does not appear as though she paid or if she had ordered ahead. I think I finally got my food after I asked them if my bowl was done in which she then brought the food out and I left. I guess my point is that it seemed as though people waited an absorbent amount of time and at the end I was the only person in the store but still waited 5- 10mins. Not really sure where customer service has gone for regular customers but obviously in-store customers do not seem to take priority at all. You can guarantee that I will never be back to this location.
The team is amazing and always welcoming to me when I arrive! Thank you it makes the difference.

My fiancé and I come here pretty frequently, but unfortunately we’ve been disappointed more times than we’d like.
The smoothies are very hit or miss. Like a toxic relationship, the good ones keep convincing us to come back—but the inconsistency is becoming hard to ignore. Sometimes they’re fantastic, and other times they’re so watery and bland that they barely taste like a smoothie at all.
After several visits, we’ve noticed a pattern: Sundays. Every Sunday we’ve come in, the smoothies have been watery and lacking flavor, almost like someone made a smoothie and then kept adding water until there was barely any taste left.
To be fair, the guy working Sundays is always very friendly. This isn’t meant as a personal attack, but every smoothie we’ve gotten when he’s made it has fallen short, regardless of what we’ve ordered.
Our recommendation? If possible, avoid Sundays. On any given visit, you might get one of the best smoothies you’ve ever had—or one of the worst. We genuinely want to keep supporting this place because we know they’re capable of making great smoothies. But paying $12 for a drink that feels like a gamble is becoming a tough sell.
I went to Scottsdale location, it kinda smells in there tbh. My bowl is delicious but only 3 pieces of pineapple and so much base … and employee only gave me 1 napkin lol. Love it would come again! Since I got the review I wanted to let you know I just feel a little skimped and it smelt strange there

Açaí bowls were alright although expensive. My real grudge is the smell. When I tell you it smelt like somebody had covered the store in poop I am not joking. Maybe one of the worst smells that has ever grazed my nose almost made me gag I do not recommend
