It was fine. Order was not ready on arrival, but made promptly. However, juice tasted a little off.

The smoothies were awful my toddler wouldnt drink it (he normally drink a whooe regular and steals some of mine) and i only had 1/3 of mine. We love nektar especially this location but the ones we got during our last visit were not blended well they still had whole blueberries and had way too much liquid it was more of a juice than a smoothie and for $11 a smoothie i expect better. Hoping it was just an off day!

I am utterly appalled by the abysmal experience we endured at Nekter Juice Bar in North Scottsdale. Having previously enjoyed friendly service and properly packaged catering from this location, our recent encounter was nothing short of a nightmare. Without any prior notification at pickup, the packaging method was changed, resulting in juice spilling all over the back of our car. When we called to inform the center, hoping they could learn from this mishap to prevent future issues for other catering customers, we were met with nothing but attitude and rudeness. We weren’t seeking a refund, merely an apology and assistance in contacting management to discuss the matter further, especially since our car required detailing due to the mess. Instead, over the course of three phone calls, we encountered the most disgusting behavior imaginable, with absolutely zero apologies. This level of unprofessionalism is inexcusable. We will NEVER purchase from or work with Nekter again and highly recommend others to avoid them as well.

I love Nekter and we order it frequently in the Seattle area where we live. There’s been a couple orders in Scottsdale where juices or add ins are missed completely in a pick-up order. I need to reach out as we didn’t get a 32oz green juice we paid for while there. What we did receive in our order was fantastic though and we are always treated very well by all employees!
