It was fine. Ordered on line for pick up. Handed my bag and walked out the door. Got home and my PB & J bowl was made wrong. I asked for PB inside…which I thought would be blended and not some big blob on top. They forgot the strawberry jam so needless to say I was pretty disappointed.

I love nekter. But i will say, the last 2 times I’ve ordered ahead (meaning i requested my pick up time in an hour) i have been disappointed by the quality. You can tell that the order was made ahead of time and put in the fridge. The base of the açaí bowl is melty. It’s on thing if you are just but these 2 times, the place has been empty when i walked in right around my pick up time. Just make the bowl right before the desired pick up time so it tastes better.

Wanted to like this place since some of the other chains I’ve been to have been good. However the staff is so incredibly rude and the bowls are SO watery and have no flavor. Go to a different spot or Wow Wow up the street this place is literally not it.

I was visiting my son in Arizona for a couple days and researched prior to showing up where I could purchase Acai bowls. Nekter happened to be right out his front door and across the street (could it be anymore convenient?) I ordered it on the app and walked downstairs and across the street. When walking in the front door a girl kindly asked me my name and she walked back to get my order and I was on my way. Not only did it look amazing, it tasted amazing! I like how it wasn't super sugary tasting, a bit lower in sugar. Thank you! Great job : )

I had added pineapple in one bowl, mango and blueberries to other bowl but did not receive them in either, just what it usually comes with. but order was ready sooner than expected and didn't have time to run back in to fix it
