Usually my order is waiting in the refrigerator. It was not ready, no one asked me for help and the service was very underwhelming and slow. Not my usual experience with Nekter. Luckily the product is good, so I will purchase again, but orders need to be ready at promised time... and staff could actually talk to customers.... I realize smiling may be too much to ask.
