I use this restaurant on Door Dash. I’ve ordered from this location dozens and dozens of times, and my order is often made incorrectly. Their accuracy is about 60%. From missing ingredients to added and unwanted ingredients, the order often disappoints. When I call, they’ll apologize, but there really is no recourse, and Door Dash will refund about $4 on a $15 açaí bowl. The only reason I go back is because it’s the closest location and Nekter has great açaí overall. If you have the option, go elsewhere!

I was amazed at how fast my order was ready, not to mention, I felt healthy and vibrant after drinking my green juice!

Today was fast as I did an app order ahead of time. Often there are only two employees, and three are needed. One to take orders and two in back to help process the orders. At times the wait to get a bowl once placed can be 10 minutes. A bit long for a bowl or smoothie. But the employees are always nice, they just can’t keep up with that amount of orders and not enough workers to support demand.

Very impressed with the quality of food/drinks and level of service. It's so Nice to be able to eat out while on vacation and feel good after.......also refreshing to be greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. I had a 12/10 experience at Nekter Hilton Village! I ordered for pick-up and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. The staff member was very welcoming, kind, and attentive. I can’t wait to come back!

Bad aftetaste... possible something past-due. Time waiting was longgggg (15 min) to place an order. The screen did not work, and the ones who used it were skipped.
Stood waiting at the register while team members were both in the back. Store full of customers and when one finally came out no greeting or response given when I responded thank you. It’s basic respect and communication. Won’t be back to this location
